SSO SAP LeanIX with SAP Cloud Identity Service

Dear Team,

 

We are in the process of integrating with SAP LeanIX with SAP Cloud Identity Service for SSO Enabling.Can someone please share the document or any steps to perform it.

Please find our SSO documentation here.  Please note that SSO is set up is achieved via support ticket with the SAP LeanIX support team.  Please open a ticket to initiate the SSO set-up for your workspace.  You can open the ticket with our support team via SAP for Me.  This is the suggested next step to begin the SSO configuration process.

I am also providing the email address to reach our customer success team: leanix_customer_success@sap.com - this is where you can reach out to our CS team for guidance on topics like these.  You should reach out to the CS team regarding: modeling guidelines, best practices, and product questions (i.e. for the SSO topic).  Our CS team will have also pointed you to open the ticket with our support team via SAP For Me as a next step.

The Community is a great place to come to network with other customers and learn from the successes and challenges others may have had.  Here, you can pose threads for others to respond to and chime in on if you have interest in learning from how another customer might have tackled a given use case.  You are also able to sign up for webinars offered by the SAP LeanIX team in the Community.

However, as you’re also talking about the SSO migration, let me also share with you this documentation so you can follow the steps on how to migrate to the Self-Service SSO Configuration.
