I am curious to learn how others are decommissioning applications in LeanIX. We have been setting the end of life but we have had a few org changes and need to change application ownership. Do you leave the decommissioned applications with the original subscriptions, or do you remove the subscriptions? I also don’t really want the quality seal to continuing breaking.
Hi,We want to give specific permissions to users like to be able to see finantial data or to export a factsheet type but we want to minimize manegement effort.According to the documentation, a user always need to have a standard role but custom roles takes precedence and their permissions are aggregated. So, if a user have Member role and custom roles A and B, I assume he will have the permissions from custom role A and B aggregated and nothing from Member.If so, and in order to have all combinations of roles, what would be the best approach?-Option 1 (use only one of the following)Custom role A - copied from Member and see finantial dataCustom role B - copied from Member and export factsheetsCustome role C - copied from Member and see finantial data and export factsheetsor-Option 2 (use any aggregation of A plus the others ex. Bonjour à la communauté francophone de Leanix, shure french but sorry very bad n french write textA la MGEN (Mutuelle de l’Education Nationale) nous avons fait le choix de Leanix depuis Janvier 2022.Nous utilisons Leanix dans le mode Run et Build des projets et nous souhaiterions connaitre vos impressions concernant l’utilisation des diagrammes. Notre ambition est de faire maintenir à jour les diagrammes construites dans le mode Run par es référants des projets en mode RUN car un diagramme non maintenu à jour ne sert strictement à rien. Nous constatons des limitations dans l’interface actuell de Leanix par rapport à besoin : comment par exemple pour un “béotien” d’une équipe projet retrouver facilement les diagrammes de son périmètre ou d’un périmètre connexe. Avec le niveau de fonctionnalité de l’interface actuel, nous avons rencontré des difficulté et en retour très mitigé des utilisateur malgré une règle de nommage, catégorie de diagramme, mot clef ans le libelle de nommage des dia

As a large public organisation we have several innitiativ & tenders for changeing the Application & IT-map.If we are working i 10 diffrent tenders with about 30 diffrerent suppliers and their applicationens. How do we handle the LeanIX Applications licens model, as we dont what to pay for Applications that are not in production.One way is just to keep those possible applications in Initiativ-factsheet and build relations from there.
How to model Power Apps applications in LeanIX as they are huge in number and might consume license numbers but these applications are used locally which supports single capabilities?

Hello All!I hope everyone is doing great and is having a wonderful start to the week. I’m often asked for advice with rolling out LeanIX to the broader organization. It can be challenging to effectively loop in various teams and stakeholders and officially begin ‘democratizing’ EA within your business. While LeanIX does have an official Rollout and Adoption Toolkit (which I wholeheartedly recommend checking out and utilizing if you haven’t already), I’m curious to learn how you went about this all-important step in your LeanIX journey.
