You can now accompany your transformation projects by defining your To-Be Architecture. In addition, we can go further in risk management by deepening our understanding of internally developed applications. Finally, in a context where Artificial Intelligence is an integral part of your architecture, SAP LeanIX will allow you to gain transparency into your use of AI.Use Case – Transformations: Digital transformation aims to modernize, consolidate or upgrade core technology systems. SAP LeanIX supports this transformation by facilitating the definition of the target architecture through three steps: plan, decide, and execute.Use Case – Self-Built Software Discovery: This feature enables automated discovery of in-house software components, improving data accuracy.Use Case – AI Governance and Adoption: SAP LeanIX offers tools to evaluate AI insights, develop a risk mitigation strategy, and maximize the value of AI investments. Recommendation #2: Adoption - Enterprise Architecture at the Core of Strategic Decisions In a dynamic economic environment, companies are looking to adapt quickly and innovate. Adopting SAP LeanIX helps increase transparency and governance of enterprise architecture, by using executive dashboards or configuring dashboards by use case.Adoption of SAP LeanIX – Architecture Executive Dashboard: The executive dashboard provides a strategic view of the IT architecture, consolidating data to support decision-making.Adoption of SAP LeanIX – Bringing business teams together: Integrating enterprise architecture into strategic discussions improves collaboration between IT and business, making data accessible and actionable.Adoption of SAP LeanIX – Users: Integrating SAP LeanIX into the core organizational processes maximizes user usage and strengthens its role in strategic discussions. Recommendation #3: Governance: Calculations, Integrations, and Architecture Decisions IT governance is crucial to ensure IT’s efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives. Especially since ungoverned IT environments can result in significant risks.Governance – Calculations: SAP LeanIX enables the creation of calculations to automate data updates, reducing errors, and ensuring accurate information.Governance - Customized integrations: Customized integrations optimize the connection between external and internal systems, ensuring consistent data management.Governance - Architecture Decisions: The Architecture Decisions feature of SAP LeanIX provides a centralized platform for managing and communicating key architectural decisions.
