Syncing Parent Relation of Business Apps in Service Now-Need Help

Hi, I send the reltoParent data to my SNOW instance. The log says the data has been sucessfully updated in the LeaniX sync log. But this data is not updated on the SNOW instance. I am trying to update the platform_host field in SNOW with the relToParent.
