Un reto importante con LeanIX es conseguir que los diagramas estén siempre alineados con el repositorio.Algunas dudas que me surgen:¿Tenéis a alguien dedicado a mantener los diagramas actualizados? ¿Son los propios Application Owners los que se encargan de reflejar cada cambio? ¿Cómo garantizáis que un diagrama no se quede obsoleto y deje de ser útil?En mi experiencia, si los diagramas no se mantienen, rápidamente pierden valor. Me encantaría ver qué prácticas usáis para evitarlo.

When creating business capabilities using the AI tools to interpret a diagram, the relationships are created the wrong way around. The L1 capabilities are created as the child of the L2 capabilities. There does not seem to be any way to work around this.I have used other AI tools to interpret the picture, and they all work correctly. I have spoken to several other colleagues who have encountered the same issue.

Hi folks, Just curious as to whether anyone is currently including information on sub-processors for Applications/Vendors in LeanIX based on application reviews etc. If so, have you found value in doing so and what have you found to be the most manageable way to reference these so that they are reportable/searchable if required? Thanks Anthony.

New LeanIX user - we are just starting the onboarding process and already have some foundational questions that we want to get ahead of. One of these is how to setup the Organization model to best meet our needs. I looked through the Community posts and didn’t see exactly what I am looking for.Our org structure is fairly simple compared to very large, geographically dispersed organizations.One geographic location (City) with many physical building sites Core org units are Division/Department/Branch (Ex. Corporate Services/Technology/IT Operations, City Operations/Transit/Transit Maintenance, etc) Often have organizational structure changes where Division, Department, or Branch is renamed, merged together, split apart, new org-units createdI don’t think we currently have a need to track anything at the location level (although that may change in the future). Hi, we would like to set some automation to inform users about a Fact sheet is long time in broken seal status. How to get this information? Is this possible at all, maybe with graphql query?In addition would be nice to have a dashboard to make this information visible (which factsheet is since when in QS broken for example)thx for all the advice!

I’m currently trying to integrate Signavio Glossary data into LeanIX so that it appears on our Fact Sheets.The data being returned from Signavio looks like this: comment: {"updateTimestamp":"2025-10-03T08:06:53.424320227Z", "useAlternativeName":false, "dictionaryCategorySyncDescriptorGlossaryCategoryId":"43c121f01da842b29d0f1e03c238e68d"}, externalId: 07770c1bb23f449f8655bf96d3d1f310, externalUrl: https://editor.signavio.com/p/glossary#gitem=07770c1bb23f449f8655bf96d3d1f310, externalVersion: , status: LINKED On LeanIX, I can see that the field itself is being updated, but I can’t get this LINKED data (like externalUrl or Glossary info) to actually display on the Fact Sheet screen.Current situation: The integration with Signavio is completed and status: LINKED is returned. The externalUrl contains the Glossary URL. However, the Glossary URL and name are not displayed on the Fact Sheet itself. Questions: How can I map or configure this kind of LINKED Signavio Glossary data so that it

As far I could find in LeanIX documentation, LeanIX supports searches by fact sheet name, display name, description, tags, and sometimes alias.It seems that enabling other textual fields to be designated as searchable could provide significant value. Is this being considered as a future capability?In the meantime, are there any workarounds that could offer similar functionality?

The ability to link objects in LeanIX diagrams to other diagrams is a powerful feature that supports the creation of complex drill-down illustrations.At present, a shape can be linked either to a fact sheet or to a diagram, but a connector can only be linked to a fact sheet. This limitation seems unnecessary.Since connectors often represent interfaces, which can be complex and may require their own graphical representation, enabling connectors to link to other diagrams would make it possible to illustrate these interfaces much more effectively.

I wonder if LeanIX supports for the multi-level bullet and number lists in text-area fields. I cannot find how to do it natively with lists. It is somewhat problematic and cumbersome to do the indentation manually.Also, it would be fantastic if text-area would allow more HTML editing capabilities like inserting images, text colors, etc..

It would be very helpful if Text Area field in fact sheets supported more rich text editing capabilities comparable to this Description field in which I type my message. Ability to insert images, links, and to have greater control over text styling would be a welcomed enhancement.

I’m looking to add value to the “File resources” in a factsheet and make it visible in standard reporting.Now that we have Automations and Calculated Fields, how can i set the value of a Single Select field on a fact sheet based on values in the Resources??Use Case Examples:- Field is Y/N based on if a Resource of certain TYPE is attached in the Resources?- If the resource has a NAMING convention, extract the last part of the Resource Name and save it as a DATE…..to ease reporting (identify resources that need to be reviewed/updated)- Other?? Thanks to all who make this is a valuable and vibrant communityMoise
