Is there a known outage? As of about 35 minutes ago, just after 10am EDT, I am unable to open any fact sheet page. Dashboards, Inventory, Reports all appear but as soon as I try to open a Fact Sheet I just get a continuously refreshing progress bar at the top of the page.

Hi, Does LeanIX have a concept of a guest or unregistered user?  Specifically, can I create a Portal that is accessible to unenrolled individuals?I have read about transient users that are registered in real-time.  Right now, that appears to be the closest solution.Thoughts?

Dear CommunityWhen requesting SAP for a copy from your production workspace to the sandbox workspace, which (technical/integration) components should be excluded in the copy request to avoid problems with productive interfaces (e.g. Jira and other supplying thirdparty systems). Looking to use GraphQL to send email email to a custom field. From what I am gathering, there needs to be a webhook involved using https://<workspace>.leanix.net/automation/email. Hoping someone can help me out with this. ​

Hello to the community,  We would like on interfaces to have a better technical understanding of its set up. In that regards, we are wondering on how to document integration protocol and file format.Examples of integration protocol: SFTP, REST API, TLS, Manual…Examples of file format: CSV, JSON, XML, TXT… We are considering 2 options:Create a Multi Select attribute on the Integration factsheet Create these integration protocol or file format as IT component and associate them to integrations. Hi there,has anyone of you got Interface Discovery - a new capability of the SAP Discovery integration - up and running? If so, does it disccover interfaces properly?  We haven`t got it running yet. Tickets (SAP for Me) were already opened, but we seem running in circles.All configurations on the CALM & LeanIX side were made, but interfaces won`t be discovered, but should…Anyone else out there who`s using that feature? I’m trying to build the Tableau desktop oauth web data connector 3.0 to use Tableau to pull data from the LeanIX graphql API however I am consistently receiving a 405 error even though I am using the POST method. Has anyone attempted to do this before? 

Hi there, as stated by LeanIX, there is the need to adapt to the new configuration for SSO. Is it still possible to have the User Role Management (VIEWER, MEMBER, ADMIN) internally within LeanIX? Currently we have it configured, that the role assignment is done within LeanIX and new Users are default set with the VIEWER Role, and Admins can, assign new Roles within LeanIX directly, instead of assigning it within the IdP. We would like to keep this configuration, and the question is, when switching to the new configuration, if this is still possible? BR

Hi,Thanks for your interest in advance. I’ve got a bit of a ghost problem.I have created a new subscription Responsible, ‘First Point of Contact’ which gives me an easy way to delegate within my organisation.To date I have been using the ‘lead architect’ role to do this but it has not been right hence I’m trying to change it.I’m trying to use export/import to copy the current lead architect names into the new ‘First Point of Contact’  subscription. I’ve  enabled multiple subscriptions for the environment.I’ve uploaded the updated spreadsheets and it said it worked.howeverI can’t see any responsible ‘first point of contact’ in the interface or when I export the data into a spreadsheet.However (again)When I try to redo the upload, it errors to say they already exist…..but I can’t see them. Can anybody bust my ghost please? Thanks Paul
