Hi everyone, I work for a global org active in about 80 countries. For orgs who work in a lot of countries and want to report at a global, country, regional level, how do you set up your organization fact sheets? Any ideas on the best ways to do this? Thanks!
@Kostas-LeanIX, I have always been unclear how best to report “opportunities” with the APIs, libraries, etc. That is, when I see weird behaviors, things that don’t work like I would expect/want, I am not sure how best to communicate those back to LeanIX. They often seem too low-level for the roadmap while also not obviously bugs. For example, I have place in my code where I have comments like “LeanIX doesn't like seeing a facet for the type when we have fixedFactSheetType defined” and “LeanIX auto-adds a quality seal facet if there is none, so force there to not be one when the user has removed it” to explain why I have weird little bits of code I used to work around odd behaviors. Is the best course of action now to post something to this new SAP LeanIX Developers community group, to DM you, to reach out to my CSM, or something else?
Hello everyone,My current understanding is that behind most business capabilites there is a process that describes how this capability is achieved operationally. This process is modeled in SAP Signavio according to BPMN 2.0, for example. However, my understanding is also that certain capabilities can be used or activated within a process in order to support a process. Therefore, I have the following questions: Is it correct that business capabilities are used within a process to realize a higher-level capability? How can this relationship between capabilities and processes be represented in Signavio? So how do I illustrate in my BPMN, that the process describes “how” a certain capability is delivered? And how do I show other capabilities that are required for this process?Thank you very much for your support!
How to model Power Apps applications in LeanIX as they are huge in number and might consume license numbers but these applications are used locally which supports single capabilities?

Hi Community FellowsWe are new to LeanIX, I am exploring if anyone has experience in B2B integration flow ( IFDs) having trading partner ( external customer) mapped in LeanIX. A2A integration where in sender and receivers are applications, it appears straightforward with interface factsheet. But any guidance on B2B would be helpful. RegardsKalpesh

Hello, I’m fairly new to using LeanIx tool for EA practice, within our organisation we have determined a few business products used by consumers and these products are supported by IT Components. The confusion we have is how do we link the business product to IT components without creating any applications. I understand we can change the out of the box meta model definition, just wanted to see if anyone has tried this approach before and if yes what implications does it have?
Hi allWe’re new to LeanIX and want to brand the UI at least a little bit 😃Therefore I created a 180x30 .svg with our company logo (also svg) to replace the default one. However, .svg doesn’t seem to work properly and I assume that there are some constraints how the .svg needs to be designed.I also downloaded the default LeanIX-logo and re-imported it to LeanIX and this also doesn’t work. It only shows mostly a box without content.re-upload of the original svg back to LeanIX Does anyone have created their own logo as svg and it is working? I used Inkscape.png and everything else works, of course. But svg is so much better for this.CheersJochen
Hello,We will start a journey in 2025 to be SOX compliant. I would like to know if there is any return of experience of enterprise facing the same challenge by using LeanIX. Thank you for your help :)Best
Hello All!I hope everyone is doing great and is having a wonderful start to the week. I’m often asked for advice with rolling out LeanIX to the broader organization. It can be challenging to effectively loop in various teams and stakeholders and officially begin ‘democratizing’ EA within your business. While LeanIX does have an official Rollout and Adoption Toolkit (which I wholeheartedly recommend checking out and utilizing if you haven’t already), I’m curious to learn how you went about this all-important step in your LeanIX journey. I’m hoping you can share your answers to some or all of these questions below:Have you begun your rollout to the wider organization yet? Still Planned? With regard to your rollout, what does your end goal look like? How have you (or will you) go about gaining stakeholder adoption of LeanIX and EA as a whole? What (if any) major challenges were you facing before, during, and after your rollout of LeanIX?Thank you for your responses to these questions eve
Hi All, Hope everyone is having a fantastic Monday! If you haven’t seen my post last week, I asked whether or not your organization has implemented TIME in your EA practice and your thoughts about the model itself. @Jacques, a greatly appreciated community member, responded to this question with a great example of how they’ve utilized TIME and the custom approach they utilized (seriously, this is a great response and if you haven’t read it, please do so!). Jacques also posted a question at the end of his response to the community, and to ensure it gets visibility, I wanted to repost it here.Jacques wrote: “How are other organisations assessing TIME across their organisation with different Functional Fits per region/team/business unit ?” Appreciate your time and have a great week everyone!
Hey everyone,We're always keen to hear about how you're using LeanIX! Sharing experiences and bouncing ideas off each other is one of the many ways we grow as a community. We're curious to know about a few things: What are the bold decisions, smart solutions, or transformative strategies that you've been able to implement using LeanIX? What advice or "low-hanging fruit" strategies would you suggest to those who want to quickly realize the value of LeanIX in their respective organizations? Has LeanIX affected your decommissioning process or how you request new applications? How dose LeanIX aid with tech decision making? Whether it's a big win, a handy tip or how you overcame a sticky situation, your story could really help others here in our community. So, don't be shy and drop us a line!Every contribution is valuable and we’re all here to learn from each other. Can't wait to hear your stories and ideas! All the best, Your LeanIX Team
Hi Everyone! Happy Monday. If you have worked closely with the LeanIX CS team or even with the LeanIX sales team before your journey with LeanIX, you were likely exposed to various materials, resources, and guides about LeanIX and related topics. I would love to know if you have a favorite or a set of favorite resources that you have used or shared with your teams and why you found them so helpful. They can be any type of resource and can be centered on different topics. I’d like to compile an internal list to reference for myself and team, and to give to newer customers when they start out with LeanIX. Thanks all and have a great week!
Hi group,One intention why we initiated this healthcare user group was to follow up on several requests from our user base to collaborate with peers on building a Business Capability Map for hospitals. Please reply to this message, when you’re interested in joining a peer group to start this initiative. When we gathered a minimum amount of people, I will manage next steps and contribute from the LeanIX team and with 15+ years of experience in healthcare IT.

Hello, I am relatively new to Bosch and I will be creating an SOP document for a new tool we are developing for use within MA-SNA. I am wondering if there is any kind of LEAN template or rubric that will enable me to create this template in a “Bosch” way. Thanks in advance!
