Hello, I have full access to SAP Learning Hub I want to start the SAP LeanIX Practitioner 1 learning path and certification. That journey is not available within the Learning Hub it is only available throughhttps://academy.leanix.net/path/leanix-practitioner-level-1 but when I try to login it does not recognize my SAP Learning Hub Credentials, how do I get access to the Practitioner Level 1 courses so I can obtain the Practitioner Certification before I move on to the next level. It’s great to see that you are embarking on our SAP LeanIX learning journey. Fundamentally, there are currently two options available to our customers.
- Coursework and Certification through SAP Learning Hub which is a combination of the practitioner level 1 and 2 courses.
- Learning journey

- Coursework and Certification through our SAP LeanIX Academy.

Thank you, I do not have a Workspace and our organization does not currently have LeanIX. From your message it would appear my best and only option will be to go through the Learning Hub, skip the Practitioner Certification and focus on the combines Level 1 and Level 2. I see you provided the links for me for Learning Hub. Thank you

As an SAP employee I first tried the exam in for the Practitioner level 1, but didn’t work, so I was redirected to the Learning Hub and there I did the exam. But the other steps were not available in the learning hub, so I had to go back to LeanIX academy where I made the Practitioner level 2….
Now the issue, LeanIX are not aware of the exam I made in Learning Hub, so I won’t have the certificate from my practitioner level 2 exam, because level 1 is mandatory…… even if I passed the exam
