Hi there,has anyone of you got Interface Discovery - a new capability of the SAP Discovery integration - up and running? If so, does it disccover interfaces properly?  We haven`t got it running yet. Tickets (SAP for Me) were already opened, but we seem running in circles.All configurations on the CALM & LeanIX side were made, but interfaces won`t be discovered, but should…Anyone else out there who`s using that feature? Dear CommunityWhen requesting SAP for a copy from your production workspace to the sandbox workspace, which (technical/integration) components should be excluded in the copy request to avoid problems with productive interfaces (e.g. Jira and other supplying thirdparty systems). In other words, which Leanix integration components related to the interfaces of the productive workspace should be excluded from the copy requestKind Regards,Maarten

Hi,Thanks for your interest in advance. I’ve got a bit of a ghost problem.I have created a new subscription Responsible, ‘First Point of Contact’ which gives me an easy way to delegate within my organisation.To date I have been using the ‘lead architect’ role to do this but it has not been right hence I’m trying to change it.I’m trying to use export/import to copy the current lead architect names into the new ‘First Point of Contact’  subscription. I’ve  enabled multiple subscriptions for the environment.I’ve uploaded the updated spreadsheets and it said it worked.howeverI can’t see any responsible ‘first point of contact’ in the interface or when I export the data into a spreadsheet.However (again)When I try to redo the upload, it errors to say they already exist…..but I can’t see them. Can anybody bust my ghost please? Thanks Paul

I’m trying to build the Tableau desktop oauth web data connector 3.0 to use Tableau to pull data from the LeanIX graphql API however I am consistently receiving a 405 error even though I am using the POST method. Has anyone attempted to do this before? 

Hi all !Is it possible to customize Tasks in LeanIX?I’ve assigned Tasks to an user (update project documents) but I´d like to be sure that he performed the task correctly. It would serve as evidence that the task was completed.Thanks in advance!

We have been working on modeling our Salesforce org into LeanIX differently than we originally implemented.  We have looked at the help files - Salesforce Applications Modeling Best Practices | SAP Help Portal   I was curious how people typically account for managed packages, especially when it is an application we already own.  For example... We have Five9 as its own app and we also have the Five9 CTI connector installed as a managed package in Salesforce.  In several cases we are paying for the connector so I am also curious how people track cost.

Following on from the Customer Success Office Hours presentation by LeanIX yesterday, a few people were interested in the way we track Governance (Framework / Assessment & Policy compliance) Here are some extracts from one of our documented Process pages:       On the Application / IT Component Factsheet:   We have several use cases for this compliance.  One being to track the Generative AI compliance.  Another use case is indicating to Procurement that they can go ahead and engage with a provider to acquire software (EA assessment approved etc).  We also use it to track what applications have undergone DPIA and Security reviews for Confidential data etc.For those interested in creating this new Factsheet - we have a fully documented instructions on how to do this (we document all production changes in detail), and I can provide a PDF of those instructions (The post does not allow me to include attachments)I hope the community find this useful and adapts it for their individual nee

Hi, Does LeanIX have a concept of a guest or unregistered user?  Specifically, can I create a Portal that is accessible to unenrolled individuals?I have read about transient users that are registered in real-time.  Right now, that appears to be the closest solution.Thoughts?
