How can Add field UserID in automation when fact sheet has been created?I’m trying to send an email after Application (fact sheet) has been created but, I only can send Fact Sheet ID and Fact Shee name.If someone could help me please.

Hello LeanIX Community,I am currently running into a puzzling issue related to data integrations and automation behavior in LeanIX, and I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar or has insight into the cause.BackgroundWe are integrating application data from ServiceNow into LeanIX. In LeanIX, I set up two automations that trigger upon application integration:One automation applies an Operational Status tag of Operational The other applies an Operational Status tag of RetiredThese automations are driven by a field in ServiceNow called Operational Status, which contains values such as Operational, Retired.The IssueOut of 4,087 applications integrated from ServiceNow, 266 applications had their Operational Status tags removed after initially being applied.When reviewing the affected fact sheets:The tags were correctly created by the system user automation-workflow, which indicates that the automations executed as expected The tag removal shows as being performed by

Dear LeanIX Community,I really love this forum and it has been a very useful source of information for me. There is one topic for which I struggle to find a proper solution: how to automate the replication of org structures from SAP (!) Successfactors to SAP (!) LeanIX. My goal is to have the same structure in LeanIX Organization Fact Sheets as it is in Successfactors. It can be done using Excel imports but it involves manual steps to modify the file. From my point of view, this could be a standard interface provided by SAP. As long as this does not exist, I would like to implement some other method to get the job done. Has anyone implemented such an interface? maybe using BTP or some other integration layer? Is this at all of interest to you? Maybe I don’t see the obvious solution to this issue… Thank you for any feedback or input. I am very happy to get in touch and discuss ideas and options… BR Moritz

Hello,Just wondering if anyone tried mastering Application Interfaces in ServiceNow CMDB and export them to LeanIX Interface factsheets?We are planning to track out Application integrations in CMDB which would get this information from Middleware applications.Then, using cmdb_rel_ci table relationship is created between App A to App B (App1 → App2), using provided_by, used_by, depends_on, etc relationships. CMDB is used more for operational purposes - impact analysis, change/incident management, service mapping. While LeanIX should have “business view” of integration without technical details.We want to push this data to LeanIX, by creating one Interface factsheet per integration.Has anyone had this use case of getting integrations data from CMDB to LeanIX ? Thanks,Mantautas Daunys.   

​Does anyone know if @sap/vite-plugin-leanix-custom-report supports Vite 8? Or is there an ETA on support for Vite 8?

Our design philosophy is to model Business App, System, Component as follows:In LeanIX, we have imported our CMDB into the metamodel as follows:Business Apps to the Application/Business App fact sheet subtype System/Module to the Application/Microservice fact sheet subtype Component to the IT Component/Service fact sheet subtypeWhen we model designs by hand today, we map integrations at the System/Module level like this, essentially rolling up the microservice to it’s parent business app: How do I create this same type of data flow diagram in LeanIX Diagrams?  There’s no option out-of-the-box to make one app the child of another.Do I need to create a manual parent/child relationship on the Application fact sheet?  Then I should be able to “roll-up” to the parent business app?

I’m unable to access our environment since about 10am EDT. Our sandbox environment appears to be working, but not production. It would be useful if there was some way of identifying when LeanIX is having issues.

All other cost types are expected to be recorded as yearly values.This creates a challenge: Most of the costs that are aggregated (including via custom code) are annual costs, which makes them useful for identifying potential savings when rationalizing applications.
