I have some Automation Scripts that Trigger based on a Field Change to update a user defined field. Also have an Automation that updates a Field on New Factsheet Creation. The issue is when the Factsheet gets created and when I try to update the description and other fields that could trigger another Automation script because of a Field Change. I get the msg that the factsheet is out of date also the Save is disabled.Anyone have this issue ? Any Work Around ? Also how do you check if there is a Subscription Role that has been filled or not to enable an Action ?

In our LeanIX data model, each ISMS Initiative is linked to multiple ISMS Milestones. The milestone status can be Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. We would like to calculate the overall progress of the ISMS Initiative based on the statuses of its related milestones. Could you explain the best way to implement this calculation in LeanIX?For ecample, an ISMS Initiative called "Implement Privileged Access Management" is linked to four ISMS Milestones. Each milestone has a status on the ISMS Milestone fact sheet:MilestoneStatusScorePAM Design Approved Completed 1 PAM Solution Procured Completed 1 PAM Deployment Started In Progress 0.5 PAM Production Rollout Not Started 0 If we assign the scores Completed = 1, In Progress = 0.5, and Not Started = 0, the overall progress of the initiative can be calculated as:if we want to calculate the percentage of milestones that are fully completed only, the calculation would beCompleted Milestones / Total Milestones= 2 / 4= 50

Hi LeanIX Community,We recently started exploring the new Survey functionality and are currently migrating some of our existing surveys. One challenge we are facing is implementing conditional logic between questions. For example:Question 1: Yes / No If the answer is Yes, continue with Question 2. If the answer is No, skip directly to Question 20.We already tried to achieve this using conditional attributes. The logic works as expected on the Fact Sheet itself, where attributes can be shown or hidden based on previous answers. However, we could not get the same behavior to work within the Survey. Is this kind of branching or skip logic currently supported in LeanIX Surveys? If so, what would be the recommended way to configure it?Any guidance, examples, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

In a Free Draw diagram, I need interface connectors (arrows) colored by category so the diagram is readable in reviews. Any color I apply to a linked interface connector is discarded when the diagram is closed and reopened — the arrow reverts to black every time. Do any of youu know how to fix this error?
