Hello, We are using Virtual Workspaces to manage the access to fact sheets. In this context, we are looking at automating the assignment of fact sheets to specific virtual workspaces by adding access control entities via a GraphQL mutation. Reading the ACL (permittedReadACL) is no problem. However, the patch applied in the mutation results in an error message indicating that “field with name 'permittedReadACL' on FactSheet type 'Application' is not defined in data model definition”.Here is how what the mutation looks like. The idea is that we add a known control entity to the ACL list using its ID, similar to the approach for adding a tag to the tags list (using path “/tags/-”).Although we can read the permittedReadACL, it seems that the updateFactSheet function is not considering it as part of the data model … at least not with the approach used here. mutation ChangePermittedReadACL($id: ID!, $patches: [Patch]!) {  updateFactSheet(id: $id, patches: $patches) {    factSheet {      ...

Hi, we have a scenario where we create a transformation that involves decommissioning an existing application and moving to another application.  The existing application is in our CMDB and flows to LeanIX.  However, the to-be application is not yet in CMDB.  When the transformation runs it creates the new application, as expected.  Then later the new application gets created in CMDB and flows to LeanIX so now that application is duplicated.  Is there a way to “swap” the application that was created from the transformation with the one from CMDB?  Seems like the only way is to delete the app created by LeanIX but then all of the integrations, capabilities, etc. will be decoupled, then I have to re-create them.

Hi Team,Could you please consider adding a popup that displays the report name during the final configuration step?I understand this is a very basic feature, but it would help users confirm that they have selected and are configuring the correct report before completing the setup. This would improve usability and help avoid configuration mistakes, especially when working with multiple reports.

As in LeanIX there is no such Fields present. Just to Give you Context:Our SSO Authorization is Entra.  Also, I tried connecting it with Copilot Studio as well, and I just put mcp server url and selected Oauth and maybe using dynamic Discovery or something it automatically got connected with Copilot.

Hello SAP Community,I have a question regarding how to maintain location information for IT Components.Some of our IT Components are used or hosted in multiple locations, for example data centers, cloud environments, or office locations. It would be very useful to visualize these locations on a map and also use them in reports. As you know, there is a limitation on the Location field, which can be used for only one location.I am considering a few possible options, but I am not sure which one is the best practice:Use the Organization field This field is currently hidden for IT Components, and my understanding is that its purpose is to show which organization uses the applications. I am not sure if it is appropriate to use this field for location information, as it may mix location data with application usage. Add a free-text field under Location I could create a text field for locations, but I am concerned that this would be difficult to use consistently in reports and dashboards. Use P

Hi All, Happy Monday! I have had a few customers ask me how they should approach modeling costs of their IT within LeanIX. I would love to hear your approaches to modeling costs within LeanIX. Things that would be interesting to learn are: What types of views have you been utilizing to showcase the costs associated within your IT Landscape… Dashboards? Reports? Diagrams? External apps like PowerBI? Have you begun leveraging integrations like the Apptio integration or custom integrations? Have you used webhooks to pull in cost data?  Any other custom configs you have used? Challenges you may have run into? Solutions to them? I am currently working through my IT Components with my user community.  We had a fairly decent list from our previous EA repository.  One of the things that’s exciting me about LeanIX is linking to the reference catalog to reduce the amount of work I need to do on lifecycles.A challenge that I have is the effort to link items to the reference catalog.  I need to go through multiple steps to add multiple versions.  For example, we have a ton of versions of Windows and Windows Server (I know I’m completely unique it this LOL) and its taking a ton of time to pull in each one.Is there a way to look at the entire reference catalog and select versions to import?  I’m looking for something similar to what you can do with Business Capabilities; look at the complete list and import a selection.  If I could filter by Microsoft Windows and then select the versions I have, that would make things so much easier for the initial population.Thoughts?  Am I coming at the problem wrong?

Hi, we have setup the Discovered flow through Cloud ALM to make the integration visible in LeanIX. This is not working for cloud integrations classified as a BTP service. Does anybody know when that will come available?
