Hello LeanIX Community,I am currently running into a puzzling issue related to data integrations and automation behavior in LeanIX, and I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar or has insight into the cause.BackgroundWe are integrating application data from ServiceNow into LeanIX. In LeanIX, I set up two automations that trigger upon application integration:One automation applies an Operational Status tag of Operational The other applies an Operational Status tag of RetiredThese automations are driven by a field in ServiceNow called Operational Status, which contains values such as Operational, Retired.The IssueOut of 4,087 applications integrated from ServiceNow, 266 applications had their Operational Status tags removed after initially being applied.When reviewing the affected fact sheets:The tags were correctly created by the system user automation-workflow, which indicates that the automations executed as expected The tag removal shows as being performed by

Dear community, I would like to remove the subscription role "IT Owner" from the fact sheet type "Application".In the meta model configuration the role is not defined as mandatory anymore. None of the fact sheets of type "Application" have this role populated. Nevertheless, but I still receive an error message.What am I missing? 

I am currently studying the SAP Learning Hub course "Adding First Data to Your SAP LeanIX Workspace". In the step "Identify fact sheet owners and add them to your workspace", the tutorial describes creating a survey to collect missing information.However, I am encountering an issue: when I follow the steps exactly, no survey email is sent. The tutorial mentions sending the survey for fields marked as N/A, but in my tests, emails are only sent when the "Responsible" field is already populated.My questions are:Must the "Responsible" (or target) field be pre-filled for the survey email to be triggered?If I have 300 applications and none have subscription emails populated, will this survey method fail to reach any stakeholders?The hint states: "To be able to use this method, your in-scope applications must already be populated in the workspace." This seems contradictory because the tutorial then instructs filtering for N/A fields. Hi All, Happy Monday! I have had a few customers ask me how they should approach modeling costs of their IT within LeanIX. I would love to hear your approaches to modeling costs within LeanIX. Things that would be interesting to learn are: What types of views have you been utilizing to showcase the costs associated within your IT Landscape… Dashboards? Reports? Diagrams? External apps like PowerBI? Have you begun leveraging integrations like the Apptio integration or custom integrations? Have you used webhooks to pull in cost data?  Any other custom configs you have used? Challenges you may have run into? Solutions to them? Hey everyone,I’m looking for some guidance on how to properly model cost structures in LeanIX, especially when it comes to separating opex and capex while still maintaining a meaningful TCO view.According to the LeanIX documentation, all costs related to acquiring the right to use an application should be entered under License Costs — regardless of whether they are one‑time investments or recurring subscription fees. All other cost types are expected to be recorded as yearly values.This creates a challenge: Most of the costs that are aggregated (including via custom code) are annual costs, which makes them useful for identifying potential savings when rationalizing applications. However, I also want to capture a proper Total Cost of Ownership over the entire lifecycle — which should include one‑time license purchases and other upfront investments.The problem is that these one‑time costs distort the picture when the goal is to evaluate potential savings from retiring an application. The documentation states that the toolset include functions to create architecture decisions (MCP Server | SAP Help Portal). However this seems to be incorrect, I looked into the available tools available to my agent and the only function related is: LeanIX-MCP-Server-get_architecture_decisions  Even beyond architectural decisions, most functions are of GET type. Are the CREATE functions going to be available soon or is the documentation imprecise? 

Dear LeanIX Community,I really love this forum and it has been a very useful source of information for me. There is one topic for which I struggle to find a proper solution: how to automate the replication of org structures from SAP (!) Successfactors to SAP (!) LeanIX. My goal is to have the same structure in LeanIX Organization Fact Sheets as it is in Successfactors. It can be done using Excel imports but it involves manual steps to modify the file. From my point of view, this could be a standard interface provided by SAP. As long as this does not exist, I would like to implement some other method to get the job done. Has anyone implemented such an interface? maybe using BTP or some other integration layer? Is this at all of interest to you? Maybe I don’t see the obvious solution to this issue… Thank you for any feedback or input. I am very happy to get in touch and discuss ideas and options… BR Moritz

How can Add field UserID in automation when fact sheet has been created?I’m trying to send an email after Application (fact sheet) has been created but, I only can send Fact Sheet ID and Fact Shee name.If someone could help me please.
