I’m trying to build the Tableau desktop oauth web data connector 3.0 to use Tableau to pull data from the LeanIX graphql API however I am consistently receiving a 405 error even though I am using the POST method. Has anyone attempted to do this before? 

Hi all !Is it possible to customize Tasks in LeanIX?I’ve assigned Tasks to an user (update project documents) but I´d like to be sure that he performed the task correctly. It would serve as evidence that the task was completed.Thanks in advance!

We have been working on modeling our Salesforce org into LeanIX differently than we originally implemented.  We have looked at the help files - Salesforce Applications Modeling Best Practices | SAP Help Portal   I was curious how people typically account for managed packages, especially when it is an application we already own.  For example... We have Five9 as its own app and we also have the Five9 CTI connector installed as a managed package in Salesforce.  In several cases we are paying for the connector so I am also curious how people track cost.

Following on from the Customer Success Office Hours presentation by LeanIX yesterday, a few people were interested in the way we track Governance (Framework / Assessment & Policy compliance) Here are some extracts from one of our documented Process pages:       On the Application / IT Component Factsheet:   We have several use cases for this compliance.  One being to track the Generative AI compliance.  Another use case is indicating to Procurement that they can go ahead and engage with a provider to acquire software (EA assessment approved etc).  We also use it to track what applications have undergone DPIA and Security reviews for Confidential data etc.For those interested in creating this new Factsheet - we have a fully documented instructions on how to do this (we document all production changes in detail), and I can provide a PDF of those instructions (The post does not allow me to include attachments)I hope the community find this useful and adapts it for their individual nee

Hi, Does LeanIX have a concept of a guest or unregistered user?  Specifically, can I create a Portal that is accessible to unenrolled individuals?I have read about transient users that are registered in real-time.  Right now, that appears to be the closest solution.Thoughts?

I have two questions about the new Self-Service SSO setup and migration. I have read the migration guide and watched the provided step-by-step video, but I find two items still not clear: Can the same IdP connection be used for multiple workspaces (e.g. production and sandbox)? The instructions only talk about "To add a new IdP” but never talk about any ability to re-use an existing connection that is in use for another workspace. Is that possible? If it is possible to use/share the same IdP connection across workspaces, then does LeanIX still recommend using different IdPs for production and sandbox (with two different Entra applications, one for prod and one for sandbox)?

In the documentation for automation best practices are some examples where the workspace is hardcoded - this means when cloning from prod to sandbox (or vice versa) those references have to be updated.Is there a way to do this via 'some global variable' or else?Would you be so kind to share an idea…Best regards,Gotthard 

Is anyone tinkering with the MCP server? It seems to be missing fairly basic functionality like retrieving all the fact sheets of a given type. It has an action to get all applications, or to search for fact sheets of a given type, but the search doesn’t support a wildcard, so there appears to be no way to get a list of fact sheets of a given type. Has anyone run into this?Thanks -Dan
