able to select two tags each from different TAG Groups and frame an OR condition in saved searches

Good morning, i am writing to you seeking guidance, during one of our client conversations. I am asked to create a saved search (Inventory) where i should be able to select two tags each from different TAG Groups and frame an OR condition 

 

it was working some time, but now not able reproduce the filter similarly it turns to AND condition (i explored researched leanix community, forums, documents ) all confirm OR not possible but i managed to create a OR condition one time, but not able re create again

 

i am sure missing something silly.

It seems like it’s almost live so hang on!

But for your query you can temporarily just move the tag that you want to the other Tag group via the Tagging configuration in administration and then export. It’s just that this is a one of thing if the tags are not meant to belong in the same group.
You can also make a temporary tag in one of those groups copying the value from the tag in the other group which you can populate via an automation too.

So short answer, for saved search and different thematics in your tag groups just wait a bit, but technically you can easily export this query.

I understand this feature is part of early adaptor, but what i created once is available for the saved search. It is created as “Other tags: Tag A OR Tag B”.  But i cannot create a new filter again it is not consistent experience. Any inputs?

    Could you provide a screenshot of said saved search?

    Are you sure you are not talking about two tags in the same tag group?

    Otherwise you might be an early adaptor
