Access Entities have been removed.

Users who were previously assigned to specific access entities in LeanIX had these entities removed from their accounts. As a result, their access to the corresponding factsheets was revoked.

Hi ​@arathid128, welcome to the LeanIX community. I am not sure what your question is, but this rather sounds like a technical issue that you should raise to SAP LeanIX Support so that they can look into the issue.

  2. Specific what help you need eactly from the community members: Are you looking for a way to restore access, or do you need advice on managing access entities?

​@shreenithnaik: We have group-level access to our users using Access Control Entities. 

A user who is ‘Member’ for a particular entity, should be able to access the factsheets associated with that entity.

For our users, Access Entities are removed. Earlier, they had access, but they are removed now.

 

Can you investigate, why the access entities are removed?

I checked with our support team internally for guidance on your question. As ​@Thomas Schreiner correctly mentioned earlier, to be able to help you with this, they’d need you to create a support ticket in SAP for Me. Please do so as soon as possible and someone should be able to investigate the issue and most likely help restore access. 

Once solved, let us know if there is anything new you learned and if there was a workaround that was unexplored.
