I would like to find an applications that have a certain “pIT ICTO ID”. But searching for applications with a Full Text search = “ICTO-20878” does not yield the right search results. Is it possible to search for a specific text instead of full text search?

Hi Cem, I assume you want to use the quick search at the top.
The best ways to find a fact sheet by a particular ID field is to either use the externalID field, or to create an additional externalID field, or to use a field that is included in the quick search. To include a field in quick search, you need to set the „Include in Quick Search“ option immediately when creating the field.
To change a field later, you need to delete and recreate it.
