KPI percentages always show 0%

I created some sample KPIs, that are based on inventory filters. The results are correct but all of them show 0% in the dashboard. Any idea how to fix this?

@Ganesh typically for simple KPI’s the percentage represents a positive or negative change from previous values over the time range selected. So a 0% value indicates there has been no change in the measured value in that time. The example below this shows the absolute number of a particular factsheet with QS state of approved has decreased by 19% over the time period.

If you know the number has moved, note these are usually calculated overnight, then maybe a ticket to support to help you fix the problem is required.
