I'm looking to automate the management of applications nearing their End of Life (EOL) in LeanIX. I need to set up an automation that notifies the EA team, exports all data for these applications, and then effectively "archives" them within LeanIX. Any advice on the best approach, including webhook implementation for data export and suitable storage solutions?

Hello,
Yes indeed webhooks are they way to go regarding archiving and export.
But I wanted to point out the notifying someone can also be achieved via LeanIX automations, by creating a TO-DO item.
