We are doing a bit of discovery into the portal now, and have an idea, at this stage, to smooth out the process for end-users needing access to an application.
Has anyone used the “Request Application” to anything useful?
Currently - it simply points to the documentation for the self-service portal - I have a few ideas to either trigger a request in ServiceNOW, either by prepopulating an email running through the think-automate, or using Power Automate to streamline the process to get access to an application.
Has anyone done something similar and would be generous enough to share some insights?
