Hi,

I’m trying to set the quality seal for a number of Interfaces but the field is not updated.

Is there a way to do it without going one by one?

Thanks

@Paulo Vilar I don’t believe the quality seal state is supported (or even checked) on import as there has to be a check against mandatory attributes, subscriptions, relationships etc are required to allow the Approved status and some changes could even break the seal. Maybe a product roadmap request would be warranted but I think this will be hard to implement.

Mass editing in-line is an option as @Helder.Luz already pointed out.

Hi @Paulo Vilar,

That looks like a bug to me that should be reported to LeanIX support.

But to your question: Yes, there is a way:

  1. In the Inventory, select Table View (icon on the right with tooltip ‘as table’)
  2. Ensure Quality Seal is displaying (see https://docs-eam.leanix.net/docs/find-fact-sheets-in-the-inventory#the-table-view)
  3. Click Edit button.
  4. Change the Quality Seal state as required (you can select from list, copy and paste or drag to copy and paste as with Excel)
  5. Click Save.

Thant is it.

Cheers.

Thank you both. I’ve confirmed with LeanIX and the best known option is to use inline editing.

Import ignoring the quality seal is not a bug.

Best regards.
