​@RKBA I think the only one not mentioned specifically in the reply ​@Niral Mehta was the “Alias” field. This is a very useful field for each factsheet. It is searchable in the global search and is great if you want to reserve specific naming conventions in the name field and allow for alternatives (past names or business known as..) or other keywords that would help people identify the right factsheet.
