Hello!

In order to integrate multiple elements between LeanIX and Signavio, we have configured multiple Dictionary Category Mappings in the config settings. Aside from the ‘basic’ SAP Signavio processes to LeanIX, we also have:

  • LeanIX applications to Signavio dictionary
  • Signavio process to LeanIX application relation
  • SAP LeanIX Organisation to Signavio dictionary
  • SAP LeanIX Business Capability to Signavio dictionary
  • Signavio process to LeanIX Business Capability relation

Currently we sync them manually as needed but would like to automate this. How can we schedule the different mappings synchronisation, in the right order, so that they don’t result in conflict or undesired behaviours and so that they run automatically in the selected sequential order?

Example: if I archive an app in LeanIX that is linked to a Signavio process, I want to sync apps to Signavio dictionary first, because that removes the app (if using overwrite or conservative sync). If the process x application relation sync runs first, it will restore the archived app fact sheet because the process x app relation exists, which is not the desired behaviour.

Thank you

Hi @Vlad ,

You can schedule the integration sync run at the required hour of the day using the "Use Interval” option. Please find the reference docs: https://help.sap.com/docs/leanix/ea/mapping-sap-signavio-processes-to-fact-sheets#configuring-interval-based-synchronization

The integration executes in a predefined order, considering all the scenarios of Create, Read, Update, and Delete operations.

Please feel free to open a SAP LeanIX support ticket in case of any questions regarding the integration setup.
