The software company behind the product OneTrust claims that there is an out-of-the-box integration between LeanIX and OneTrust.

Is there support and documentation available from LeanIX to implement this out-of-the-box LeanIX to OneTrust integration?

 

I’ve submitted a LeanIX Service Request (awaiting a reply), and I have reached out to our LeanIX customer success manager (also awaiting a reply).

 

I’ve found no mention of this integration in the LeanIX documentation, and I cannot find this integration in the Integrations Section of the LeanIX Admin.  I’ve also done a search for this integration in the LeanIX Community forum, but found no results.

 

My organisation is very interested in exploring this integration between LeanIX and OneTrust, especially after seeing this claim online from OneTrust regarding this out-of-the-box integration with LeanIX.

 

Looking for support, documentation, and direction from LeanIX on how to enable it… to make it happen.  I’d like some support from LeanIX first… before reaching out to the OneTrust software vendor.

We have created an integration with OneTrust and LeanIX but it is not out of the box, we have developed it. In our case LeanIX is the application master and create/updates assets in OneTrust.

Thanks for your reply.  I and my colleagues have reached out to OneTrust to obtain more information and technical documentation regarding the LeanIX Integration, as the current documentation we have is rather generic and does not contain specifics for this integration… especially to enhance or change it using the OneTrust Workflow Builder.

I and my colleagues think that we too are going to have to build our own API integration between OneTrust and LeanIX.

Is there any chance you can share some technical details of your API integration coding to create and update approved assets from OneTrust into LeanIX (off-line privately of course)?
