Why can't I join report community?

I tried to post a question in the reports community and got the error message “you don’t have access to this category”?

 

any ideas? Most frustrating for someone trying to use this product and is new to it.

Hello, I have the same issue. I want to create a topic in ‘Integrations & APIs” but I have the same error.
