Hi all

We’re new to LeanIX and want to brand the UI at least a little bit 😃

Therefore I created a 180x30 .svg with our company logo (also svg) to replace the default one. However, .svg doesn’t seem to work properly and I assume that there are some constraints how the .svg needs to be designed.

I also downloaded the default LeanIX-logo and re-imported it to LeanIX and this also doesn’t work. It only shows mostly a box without content.

re-upload of the original svg back to LeanIX

Does anyone have created their own logo as svg and it is working? I used Inkscape.
png and everything else works, of course. But svg is so much better for this.

Cheers
Jochen

Hello, Jochen,

I took our custom logo, which was shrunk down to 30px x 30px and converted it to a .svg format.  Upon uploading, it appears as a black outline with no color or detail in it.

You should report this by clicking Support on your workspace and choosing “Report a bug”.

@Jochen I had a similar problem initially and it was the size of the image file (must be <400kb). If that does not work, then log a ticket with support.

@Greysie @Justin Swift Thank you for your quick answers! That sounds like it’s not related to the svg I created. I will create a support case.

Also I just checked the original and modified. It was saved as specific pixel size 68 x 30px and was a png file, so sound like the svg file use is a bug!

Yes, I can confirm that png file works fine but not svg…

Cheers,

FYI, this has now been fixed!

Thank you for the hint! LeanIX took it up as a bug and now it’s working.

Perfect :)

Cheers!
