@Cpage the only current option is the Microsoft Teams Integration which as well as pushing updates allows querying of basic data in LeanIX (unfortunately a login required). I assume this will be developed further in the future.
I have seen other customers who have built their own chatbots utilising the API’s available from LeanIX.
Hi @Cpage, … and thanks for reaching out! There’s no simple answer to your question, but I will try to outline as clearly as possible how we think you should best proceed:
- We are on our way to implement our AI copilot “Joule” (link) that will work within SAP LeanIX and other business applications of the SAP tool landscape. Our Joule client will be equipped with an intelligent search that will, at one point, cover questions such as yours.
- SAP Joule will be enhanced with AI agents (link). As this product is still in development, I unfortunately cannot yet say whether you will be able to connect those agents to your own chatbot.
- As both of the options mentioned above are not available to you yet, or if you want to have more freedom in building your own agent or chatbot, you can always connect your own implementation to our open APIs (link). Whether the user has to log in or not will depend on your organization's setup (e.g., SSO) and how your implementation handles authentication on its end.
I hope this helps! Please reach out in case of further questions!
