LeanIX and Signavio Sync not working as expected

LeanIX has this inbuit connector to connect to Siganio and we have done the required configuration.

Now when we do the sync from Signavio to LeanIX, the Dictionary attributes are getting synched but not the Process in Signavio.

Also it is not possible to sync the applications linked to a process in Signavio with LeanIX. 

Looking for a solution here.

Hi @vimalpillai , Could you please check if you have activated the process sync mapping in SAP Signavio Processes section in integration configuration page? You can find the more information on LeanIX public docs: https://docs-eam.leanix.net/docs/sap-signavio-integration-map-your-processes-from-sap-signavio-to-leanix#sap-signavio-integration-configuration

Regarding, Process-Application link synchronization, once you have the processes synced to LeanIX, you can configure the LeanIX Relation in “Dictionary Category Mappings” section. You can find the more information on https://docs-eam.leanix.net/docs/sap-signavio-integration-map-your-leanix-data-to-sap-signavio#5-leanix-relation.

    Hi Kishor,

    Thanks for the reply and the information within.

    I have already activated the SAP Signavio Integration Configurations and have performey Sync with multiple different options. My struggle is with synching the Process and its Dictionary Attributes from Signavio to LeanIX. I had achieved this earlier but now it is not working. Here are my concerns:

    1. Sync of Process from Signavio to LeanIX is not working.
    2. Process and Applications Synced from Signavio to LeanIX are not linked together.
    3. Changes made in Signavio to the existing Process in LeanIX is not visible. No linkage visible.

    Please help with your expertise to resolve these issues. The LeanIX documentation does not provide more insights on how to troubleshoot such issues.
