LeanIX Tasks - Can I customize them ?

Hi all !

Is it possible to customize Tasks in LeanIX?

I’ve assigned Tasks to an user (update project documents) but I´d like to be sure that he performed the task correctly. It would serve as evidence that the task was completed.

Hi Claudia,

If you want to review and approve the performed task, I suggest using approval to-dos instead of regular to-dos.

Approval to-dos are created through the automation feature in the administration area. When the automation is triggered, the defined approval to-dos are automatically created and assigned to the relevant users, making this an efficient governance mechanism.
