Hi all,

This past Tuesday July 16th we held our Regional Customer Community event in the LeanIX office in Watertown.

During the day of networking, knowledge sharing, and deep dives into relevant topics the attendees were active in interacting amongst themselves and with our presenters.

We had some great presentations from our Product Management team on our AI Roadmap. From our Professional Services team we saw outstanding content around AI Governance and how to do that inside LeanIX.

During the discussion sessions we had some great roundtable back and forth about Product Adoption, Dashboards, and Architecture Decisions.

It was a fantastic event and hope to see everyone in the New England area attending a future event!

Great collaboration with everyone that attended.  There were a couple of Product Ideas that came up during the conversation that we all thought would be great additions:

  • Allowing Admins to restrict the available Resource Types on a given Fact Sheet Type
  • Allowing Admins to add a Resource Type as Mandatory on a given Fact Sheet Type
