Hi All,

I hope everyone had an amazing weekend and is ready to take on the week! I wanted to share a few tips and features you can utilize to get engagement from your users.

Gamification:

LeanIX allows you and your users to view the completion of fact sheets. Admins can place higher importance on certain attributes within the fact sheets.

You can then create dashboards that highlight KPIs regarding the overall completion level of each user’s factsheets. The highest score wins!

Note: Custom KPIs can also be created if you want to level up your gamification strategies.

Workspace Notifications:

Admins can define what notifications their users will receive and how often. This is especially useful when users may need a little “nudge” to complete their responsibilities in the workspace.

Comments & To-Dos:

The comments and “To-Dos” function can be a great way to reengage users in the platform by keeping communications within the platform.

The comments tab allows you to ask questions, notate things necessary for other users, and even reply to other users.

To-Dos are a great way to assign action items to your users. When someone has been assigned a to-do, it will be visible within their dashboards. They can then complete their to-dos by clicking on them in the dashboard.

Reference the documentation on To-Dos for a deeper dive into how powerful they can be.

And that’s all, folks!

Can you elaborate if its possible to create a dashboard with the most active users (contributors) and how many points they score?

How many reports/diagram/dashborad a user created and the number of views in the report/diagram/dash ?

Hi, I was thinking more in how many Factsheet attribute they have contributed (points) with and maintaining the seal (more points) of the Factsheets over time - all to ensure high data quality - this would for sure be a gamification 😀. All this on a dashboard !

 Hi @Thomas Teglund ,

It isn’t possible to configure a traditional ‘points system’ at this time within LeanIX. What we’ve seen customers do in the past is ensure each of their subscribers have a specific dashboard for themselves that highlights what fact sheets they are subscribed to, their completion percentage and quality seal status.

This setup is rather easy to do and is possible without any custom configuration. Then, as the one leading the ‘competition’, you can set up a dashboard for yourself that tracks things like completion and quality completion as shown below. It is also possible to create custom KPIs using JSON that can track completion by user. Please reach out to your CSM or reference the documentation  to learn more.

I hope this answers your question!

Hi @isabelatrindade

These types of data points would likely require use of either web hooks or metrics and would require some in depth configuration. Please reach out to your CSM if you wish to learn more.

I also found this post in the community and it may be worth reaching out to Thomas directly to learn more.
