Keeping with the TIME theme...

Hope everyone is having a fantastic Monday!

If you haven’t seen my post last week, I asked whether or not your organization has implemented TIME in your EA practice and your thoughts about the model itself. 

@Jacques, a greatly appreciated community member, responded to this question with a great example of how they’ve utilized TIME and the custom approach they utilized (seriously, this is a great response and if you haven’t read it, please do so!). Jacques also posted a question at the end of his response to the community, and to ensure it gets visibility, I wanted to repost it here.
