Following SAP's acquisition of LeanIX in 2023, LeanIX is now fully integrated into the SAP ecosystem. As part of this transition, we will exclusively use SAP learning platforms for all future training offerings. 
 

Starting October 1, the link to the SAP LeanIX Academy in your SAP LeanIX workspace will redirect you to the SAP LeanIX Onboarding Resource Center. On this go-to page, you’ll find information on accessing our product learnings and how to get support. 
 

Below are key details about this change. Ensuring a smooth transition for you and your colleagues remains our top priority as we continue to expand our learning offerings with the benefits of the SAP ecosystem. 
 

SAP LeanIX Certification and Live Trainings on learning.sap.com 
 

SAP’s central platform for all publicly available learning content is learning.sap.com. You find the main learning journey for customers and partners on this platform, including the certifications that replaced the previous SAP LeanIX Practitioner Level 1 and 2: Learning to Use the LeanIX Tool for Successful Enterprise Architecture 
 

Please note: 

  • The certification follows the highest standards to test your knowledge in a proctored, paid exam.  

  • The certification is valid for 12 months and can be renewed via a concise Stay Certified process. 

  • Expiration reminders are sent automatically. 
     

If you still hold an old SAP LeanIX Practitioner certificate, it remains valid until its expiration date. We encourage you to complete the new journey to stay up-to-date with our latest product knowledge.  

 

Look out for updates to the learning journey this autumn and explore additional topics on the platform, such as SAP Signavio, Business Transformation Management, and the SAP integrated toolchain.

Deep-Dive Trainings via the SAP Onboarding Resource Center 
 

All remaining SAP LeanIX Academy trainings are now available through the SAP Enterprise Support Academy, accessible free of charge to customers with an S-User ID. Visit the SAP LeanIX Onboarding Resource Center for detailed learning and support resources. In a nutshell: 
 

  • Check the step-by-step instructional video and link on how to create an S-User and access the SAP Learning Hub. Please be aware that SAP generates one admin S-User per customer by default. Customers can then create unlimited additional S-Users within their organization. 

  • Sign up to SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support (SAP Enterprise Support Academy), using your valid S-User ID. Please note: The assignment process to the edition can take up to 2 hours after you receive the welcome email.

If you experience issues obtaining your S-User, accessing the SAP Learning Hub, or viewing learning content, please contact the SAP Enterprise Support Academy via SAP_ES_Academy@sap.com.  
 

We understand this represents a significant change, but we’re confident that the new SAP learning platforms will provide more engaging and impactful learning formats, including live sessions. 
 

Last but not least, we invite you to register for the upcoming SAP Transformation Excellence Summits this autumn. We’ll host three training sessions on SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio. You’re invited to register for the event, including one of the trainings.
