Business Capabilities for a Children's Charity

Hi ​@Linden, unfortunately this area is not yet covered in the reference business capabilities map, and I am not aware of any LeanIX customers in this area that I could connect you to. Let’s hope that some of them read this community post.

Another thing that you could try - even if I guess that chances are pretty low - is the Process Classification Framework by APQC. They are covering so many industries that I see a slight chance that they also have a framework for non-profits / charities or at least something that can be an inspiration for you.
