Hello Saritha, It’s possible to send SAP LeanIX Tags to ServiceNow.
My only problem was in Multiple select tag groups (more than one tag of a tag group). I created a multiple select field for this case and connected it to a glide list in ServiceNow via value mapping.

In this doc page you can see a table containing the supported variables in LeanIX for the integration and the corresponding value that can host it in ServiceNow.
