hello, have searched this community but haven’t found any lead to understand if LeanIX is intuitive enough in terms of accessibility, and compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA level. Can anyone pls comment or guide me here? Kr, Deb.

Thank you @Debashish for reaching out to the community.
Please allow me to sahre further insights on our commitment to be compliant with WCAG standards.

LeanIX is committed to providing an inclusive Enterprise Architecture (EA) solution in a competitive market, ensuring our services are accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities. While SAP LeanIX is not currently WCAG compliant, we are striving towards that goal. A crucial part of our mission is to provide a clear and comprehensive Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT), which is issued after the SAP Accessibility Testing Lab performs multiple tests on the product.

Over the past two years, we have improved accessibility by 49% and addressed a significant number of issues, demonstrating our commitment to this essential aspect of our platform. We understand that accessibility is not just a feature but a fundamental aspect of a high-quality service. Therefore, we strive to ensure that the primary features of our platform – those used by most of our users – comply with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines. This focus allows our EA product to be accessible to a broader range of users, including those with disabilities. However, we also recognize the challenges of balancing accessibility enhancement with the continuous development of paramount functionalities in the EA domain.

As we innovate and evolve, our goal remains to enhance the accessibility of our platform steadily. We are actively working towards making all aspects of the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture solution compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards without compromising the critical functionalities that our clients rely on.Our journey towards full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance is ongoing, and we welcome feedback from our users to help us improve and make our platform more accessible to everyone.
