Delete fact sheet type from subscription role

Dear community, 

I would like to remove the subscription role "IT Owner" from the fact sheet type "Application".
In the meta model configuration the role is not defined as mandatory anymore. None of the fact sheets of type "Application" have this role populated. Nevertheless, but I still receive an error message.
What am I missing?

    Hi ​@simona hoh Deleting fact sheet types from roles is a bit tricky, probably you have one or more archived fact sheets that still have this role assigned. You can either restore these fact sheets manually, delete the subscriptions and archive them again, or you use a script. I wrote a Python script for this purpose some some time ago that runs in the Aronis LeanIX console. If you want to try it, let me know.

      Hello simona,

      you get this error while trying to do this, when there are still subscriptions for this role. I would advise to check again since there are multiple fact sheet types.

      If there are indeed no subscriptions filled in this role maybe you should raise a ticket.
