Potentially a more exhaustive way would be a combination of custom roles and workspace views however you’d also need to work with LX support to edit the authorization model behind scenes. In the end, virtual workspaces work for complete and workspace views can work in a less federated org, and assigning it to a custom role by default.

Some aspects can also be solved by custom permission rules on subscription basis, but it’s hard to say if this solves your issue without knowing the requirements.
