LeanIX fact sheets suddenly not responding

Is there a known outage? As of about 35 minutes ago, just after 10am EDT, I am unable to open any fact sheet page. Dashboards, Inventory, Reports all appear but as soon as I try to open a Fact Sheet I just get a continuously refreshing progress bar at the top of the page.

I’m not seeing any active outages right now. Let me still check with a colleague from Support team in the background.

Meanwhile, a few things that may sometimes cause Fact Sheets to endlessly load include browser‑related issues (e.g., cached scripts, extensions blocking components), session problems, or less commonly - workspace‑specific configurations. Could you share a bit more? For example:

  • Could you check if this still happens in a different browser or incognito?
  • Do other colleagues experience the same issue?
  • Are all Fact Sheets affected, or only specific types?

Hi again ​@Graham Howe ,

Looks like you were right indeed. There was a performance issue that affected the US region for a few hours in the morning, but the engineering team has since resolved the issue. Could you please check your workspace again to confirm if you can access your fact sheets?

@shreenithnaik sorry I missed your reply, but yes everything did return to normal a few hours after I reported it. I think the team is still investigating the root cause, but no data was lost.
