Hello,
Could you be a bit more specific?
What I mean is that, Transformations are in relation to an Initiative (at least for now).
So transformations are the to-be changes from the Initiative you have in LeanIX, that you intend to execute in your workspace in order to reflect the actual real world plans/changes.
The way you load them into any Report is by using the add an Initiative button from the top left of your report.
I am open to discuss it further if you can give more context.

+1Yes, but when you do that, there is no reflection of transformations.
When you open the report are you holding shift and aligning the time slider into the future dates to visualize the transformation changes.
