Hello everyone -

I am part of the business architecture group in a healthcare insurance organization. We are using Business Architecture Guild’s capability model for template for insurance and finding gaps because that model doesn’t address the specific of healthcare insurance. 

I want to connect with other LeanIX members who are in health insurance company AND are using capability model from Business Architecture Guild.

I want to collaborate to understand how they are extending the Guild’s template model to address its gaps. For example, the Guild’s model doesn’t address Prior Authorizations or Member Enrollments. I’d love to understand how those are being addressed.

Thank you for using the platform to collaborate with other members. SAP LeanIX has a built in Business Capability Map for the Life Sciences sector that could have some variables and factors that could potentially be adopted in tandem of leveraging the Guild’s model. To access the Life Sciences business capability map:

  1. Please log-in to the SAP LeanIX Application and under the Inventory tab, there will be a ‘Explore Business Capabilities segment’:
  1. Once clicked on Explore Business Capabilities, there will be the option to select ‘Life Sciences’:
