Hi,
does anybody have an idea, why LEANIX automations are limited to (as the documentation reads) “Single-select fields and unused fields”.
This leads to a lot of fields not showing up in the configuration dialog and it seems you cannot automate a field based on its “text” value. You cannot compare to it.
Why is that and what are “unused fields”?

“Unused fields“ are all fields that are defined in the data model, but not assigned to a specific fact sheet section in the meta model configuration.
Single-select field automations can cover many use cases and are faster to implement than more complex automations based on other field types.
While other field types will most probably be added to the LeanIX standard automations in the future, at the moment the only way to cover further use cases is a custom implementation, or using our Aronis Automation Platform.
