Hi everyone, my name is Carsten. I’m with LeanIX since 4 years, started as a Customer Success Manager (CSM), managing customers from the DACH region. Since beginning of 2022, I’m responsible for the CSM organization for EMEA and APAC. I’m looking forward to a lot of interactions and discussions with all of you!
Hi everyone, dear community, my name is Nandor. I initially joined LeanIX in 2020 as a responsible for the Solution Engineering team covering EMEA/APAC. Currently heading the Customer Success Engineering & Support organization at LeanIX, it will be a pleasure for me and my team to interact with everyone on this platform - looking forward to it!
Hi Community,
I am Claire, I joined LeanIX in March 2022 as Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. I support our customers in the South Europe Region and mainly in France, a community that I have watched grow during the last year. I will be happy to interact with you and especially in our French community group. Looking forward to making this growing community even more tangible and valuable for all of you!
Hi all, I’m Thomas, long-time LeanIX customer as well as partner and community organizer. After 6 years of running and scaling LeanIX for a major corporation, I founded my own company Aronis, where I am providing all sorts of products and services around LeanIX. Our special focus is Automation, Scripting, Data Quality Management, best practices and rollout projects.
I’m very excited to see this new community thrive. It’s definitely a major leap from the old community platforms - big thanks @carsten.schuetz & team for setting this up!
Hi everyone! It's so great to be part of the LeanIX Digital Community. My name is Maureen and I have been working at LeanIX since August 2020. I manage a global team of Solution Engineers who do an amazing job to support our existing customers and new prospects who are exploring LeanIX to support their EA goals. While I work from the Boston area, I am happy to have opportunities to speak with organizations around the globe. When I started at LeanIX, we had about 300 customers, and now we have over 1,000! With that many LeanIX customers and users, I imagine the discussions in this forum will be rich with insights. Looking forward to interacting with all of you!
Greetings all. Kevin Redding here. As my profile indicates, I’ve been a LeanIX customer since 2019. First with a leading elevator manufacturer and now in my role as Principal Architect in the Enterprise Architecture group at Boston Scientific. Boston Scientific is a medical device and services company. Boston Scientific rolled out LeanIX in 1Q2022. In the first several months we established the foundation on which to deliver business value. We’re now leveraging that foundation to do things like technology and capability roadmapping, annual and strategic planning, application portfolio management, M&A onboarding, and technology obsolescence management.
I’m looking forward to using this forum to learn from others and help shape the LeanIX product roadmap.
Hey, I’m Christian, working at E.ON. Long time heavy user of LeanIX after the implementation to succeed ARIS at my former employer RWE/innogy. Innogy has been taken over by E.ON some years ago and we were able to implement LeanIX at E.ON as well, i was also part of the implementation project. in 2021 i moved from EA to DT Strategy, therefore I’m not so close to EA related topics anymore but I’m working on bringing Strategy & EA more closely together. I see potential here, not at least after the presented Data Model extension at LeanIX Connect.
I always love the exchange with other users due to the fact that most challenges are often similar and it is very inspiring to see how others are solving them.
Hello Community! I’m Rodrigo from LeanIX. I’m a Senior Consultant for Professional Services; if your company requests a project within the US, chances are we will collaborate more! Happy to help support your discussions and questions!
Hello everyone, I am Carsten Schubert, the Enterprise Architect at FANUC Europe Corporation, we are producer of CNCs, industrial robots etc.. I am now working with LeanIX for over two years. I’d like to exchange experiences and to share knowledge, not just product related, but also about EA approaches. We are actually doing a big business transformation project together with Rodrigo. I hope this will become a platform to support each other, having good discussions and exchange of ideas.
To everyone who posted a reply: Thanks for joining and introducing yourself. @Thomas Schreiner@KevinR@Schue@Carsten
Hi, Karsten here from Lean42 - a CIO Advisory that helped implement LeanIX at too many organizations to name them all. Also I am a conference speaker (LeanIX Connect, Gartner, ...) and conference chair for the Lean Konferenz in Munich. We are supporting clients in Europe, North America and beyond. As I also ran the EA department for a Fortune 50 in the US for a couple years - I know how to make a difference and implement EA successfully. So just hit me up or put something on my calendar for a chat/exchange.
Hi All,
I am Luke Trevorrow working for my client, the Highbourne Group. Whilst acting as CTO in 2019 I brought LeanIX into the organisation, and subsequently took this to its parent company. I have seen LeanIX grow in capability and success over the last few years and have used the product extensively to plan and manage our transformation journey.
My aim is to build upon the capabilities of the product to deliver tangible business outcomes, and would like to see this community grow so that we can all share our successes, knowledge and challenges that we face through our EA journey.
Hi!
I’m Kevin McKee, now working on my second LeanIX implementation, this time at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, arguably the best cancer care anywhere. Previously, I was at Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield administering one of the first US LeanIX installs well over 5 years ago now.
Happy to see LeanIX succeed and grow. MSK is just loading inventories and discussing modeling practices. (Ask me why we have 2 levels of interface fact sheets!)
I look forward to collaborating!
Hello All!

Although using LeanIX myself here and there the last years I’m looking forward to learning from this community and have a good knowledge/best practices exchange with all involved here.
Cheers.
Hi everyone,

Cheers.
Hi Everyone,
I am Chris van Zyl, the CEO of SolArch Consulting, a distinguished boutique consulting company based in South Africa. Our firm specializes in reselling and consulting services for both SAP Signavio and LeanIX, catering to the evolving demands of data-driven Enterprise Architecture tools. In our territory encompassing Africa and the Middle East, LeanIX stands out as the frontrunner.
Our primary objective is to collaborate with like-minded architects to foster the widespread adoption of LeanIX as the definitive standard for Enterprise Architecture Management. We have witnessed a noteworthy surge in interest, particularly within large-scale transformation projects such as S/4 Hana initiatives. By leveraging the combined power of LeanIX and SAP Signavio, enterprises can effectively facilitate their transformation endeavors, employing the robust capabilities of the SAP Activate methodology.
Looking forward to collaborate!

Hello all, my name is Helen and I work at DS Smith as a Business Architect. We are establishing EAM with an initial focus on Applications, Capabilities and User Groups. I look forward to collaborating with the wider LeanIX community and leveraging some of your collective learnings!
Hi all. NZ Post have just signed up as a LeanIX customer. As an enterprise architect I am of course super excited, and I have the honor to be the lead in getting the tool established and a success. I have a long history of working with Sparx EA and have a good awareness of what value other tools like LeanIX can provide; particularly for our business stakeholders in allowing to easily see user friendly information and to collaborate. Bring it on! Btw, if there are any other users in this community who work for a Postal organisation in other parts of the world, please get in touch with me. I’m very keen to collaborate on common assets like the business capability reference model.
