Hello All, I am  Vivek Hegde, based out of India and I currently work as freelance SAP ALM Architect (Implementing SAP products like Signavio, Cloud ALM, Enable Now...etc) and I recently cleared SAP Enterprise Architect Certification. LeanIX is a new tool for me and have been working with SAP Processes & Solutions stream for over 15 years now. With the recent SAP acquisition of LeanIX, the new dimension of Architecture has been added to the SAP Transformation Programs and I believe LeanIX would be the best suited tool to complete the “Architecture+Processes+Solutions” vision for SAP projects.

I am keen to learn from various use cases of LeanIX and the best practices around the adoption of LeanIX.

Regards,

Vivek Hegde

Hi..

I’m an Enterprise Systems Architect at USCold (United States Cold Storage) based out of Camden, NJ, US. We call ourselves the “Cold Crew” ;-) . We have started implementing LeanIX and plan to be up and crawling in April. Very happy to be a part of this community. Looking for any tips on LeanIX implementation, especially in the 3PL space. And hope to soon share my learnings from the LeanIX journey!

Hello All - Chris W from Vulcan Materials here. We are an aggregate / ready-mix cement / asphalt producer headquartered in the southeastern USA. We’re just starting with LeanIX as part of a larger governance effort that includes an ITSM deployment as well. Looking forward to interacting, sharing and learning from you all.

G’day from Australia. My name is Jaco, I am the Architecture Manager at Endeavour Energy, We service over 2.7 million people living and working across Sydney’s Greater West, the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands, Illawarra and the South Coast of NSW. Due to rapid industry changes, we are transitioning from a traditional ‘poles and wires’ business to a distributed system operator. We’re working with customers, stakeholders and regulators to help deliver a clean energy future where smart meters, batteries and solar enable customers to generate, store and sell back electricity into the grid.

We have implemented LeanIX about 2 years ago as our Enterprise Architecture repository and have basically moved away from traditional drawing tools and architecture tools to only perform our architecture work in LeanIX. We are keen to explore metamodel v4 as we are using the full spectrum of fact sheets in LeanIX. We are also keen to start automating the development of high-level architecture documents, roadmap and strategy documents using as much automation in LeanIX and Microsoft Copilot as we can. Our biggest challenges revolve around IT Components for network and security, but we believe we may have mastered it now. Keen to learn about challenges others are facing and how they managed to overcome them. Also keen to share what we have done.

Hi all,

Pete from Halifax UK.

Used LeanIX for a while, but never had any training, so working my way through the onboarding and then training so I can utilise as much functionality as I can for my organisation - Yorkshire Water - Potable water provision and wastewater treatment for Yorkshire, UK (yes, the clue is in the name).

Looking forward to meeting and learning from everyone - whether virtual or in person.
