Hi,
I have created a data flow diagram with all applications in the enterprise and want to filter it by user groups. That works fine except that the interfaces (or data flows) disappear as soon as a filter is applied, even if both applications have the same user groups.
Has anybody observed this behaviour ?

I would recommend to log a ticket with LeanIX support. We had some issues with similar symptoms earlier when the beta next-generation diagrams were being rolled out, and they were fixed. Something or other to do with workspace software management.

did you relate the user group to the interface? If the user group is only related to the applications, the diagram will hide the interfaces (or all other components without this relation.
It would be great if LeanIx implement some inference algorithms, but currently you have to manually maintain those relation information.

I thought the same I have sent the same suggestion to LeanIX.
However more recently I checked the interface factsheet type and could not find the User Group relation. It is also not configurable in the metadata editor.
Probably a bug after all?
