I wanted to ask how you in your modeling asess / score the criticality of systems that are only periodically critical, such as for payroll or financial closing capabilities.

Even though the IMPACT of an EVENT may differ from WHEN it happens, it has been my experience that the CRITICALITY of a system/application is not time dependand.
