SAP LeanIX Academy will be taken offline on 28 February 2026 and all learning content will be migrated to SAP Learning.

What’s happening and when:
- SAP LeanIX Academy will be taken offline on 28 February 2026. After that date, SAP LeanIX Academy links (i.e. https://academy.leanix.net/) will no longer work and no courses will be available.
- All existing Academy courses will be available on SAP Learning for free or available for free with SAP Universal ID.
- The SAP LeanIX workspace link will redirect to a new landing page on SAP Learning: https://learning.sap.com/products/business-transformation-management/leanix. The full course curriculum will remain available on that landing page.
Important actions for learners and administrators:
- Download your course history and any certificates you want to keep before 28 February 2026. Course history and certificates will not be available after the site is taken offline.
- Be prepared to replace any direct links to SAP LeanIX Academy in your intranet, documentations or learning management systems with new links to respective courses on SAP Learning.
Certification differences and validity:
- SAP LeanIX Academy certifications: expire after 24 months from completion of certification. Note that after the platform goes offline you will not be able to retrieve certificates unless you downloaded them beforehand.
- SAP Learning certifications: SAP LeanIX certifications can be taken on the SAP Learning platform and are linked to a fee / paid subscription and and will need to be re-certified after 12 months with a short free assessment (“Stay Certified” process). SAP certifications have moved to a scenario-based assessment format (similar to an instructor-led exam) since January 2026. What SAP Learning offers:
- A broad catalog of free learning content beyond SAP LeanIX.
- Additional courses that require subscription to Enterprise Support Academy license which is included in basic cloud support packages.
- One-attempt Certification fee: 200 EUR* or 233 USD*
- Paid subscriptions (for certification and premium features) of SAP Learning Hub:
- Paid subscriptions include expert-led live sessions, hands-on practice systems, four SAP certification exam attempts per year, enablement and assessments to keep certifications valid, and learning analytics to support individual and team management.
- EUR 1,260* or USD 1,464.00* per user per year.
