Successfactors to LeanIX interface

Dear LeanIX Community,

I really love this forum and it has been a very useful source of information for me.
There is one topic for which I struggle to find a proper solution:
how to automate the replication of org structures from SAP (!) Successfactors to SAP (!) LeanIX. My goal is to have the same structure in LeanIX Organization Fact Sheets as it is in Successfactors. It can be done using Excel imports but it involves manual steps to modify the file. From my point of view, this could be a standard interface provided by SAP. As long as this does not exist, I would like to implement some other method to get the job done.
Has anyone implemented such an interface? maybe using BTP or some other integration layer?

Is this at all of interest to you? Maybe I don’t see the obvious solution to this issue…

Thank you for any feedback or input. I am very happy to get in touch and discuss ideas and options…

Hi Br Moritz,

On April 1st, our product team publish in the roadmap portal that we are developing an OOTB with SAP Successfactors.

The new capability will enable you to connect and synchronize organizational entities from SAP SuccessFactors into your workspace. The goal is to bring org structure data into the inventory, allowing Enterprise Architects to import and automatically manage organizational fact sheets.

You can share your insights about this feature and also follow more updates about it in this link.

Hi Moritz, I would recommend to wait for the standard integration as mentioned by @Vanessa Martinez, and if it doesn’t meet your requirements, set up your own integration using the LeanIX Integration API. It’s relatively easy to do, and if you are struggling, feel free to reach out. We have a lot of LeanIX integration best practices from 10 years of working with LeanIX.
