For the recent KPI update, I am unable to use a plus “+” symbol on my filter. It is visible on old KPI’s in the filters under “Edit KPI” as below. Therefore, with the new approach I can’t recreate many KPI created before the change (as recommended).

Any tips?

Hello @neal_richards,

Thank you for getting back to me and for providing this additional context.

Historically, the "+" symbol functioned as a convenient shortcut to select all filters via dropdown directly within the configuration screen. While the updated workflow no longer includes this shortcut, the ability to apply the same filters should still be intact.

To access the desired filters, you need to use the options accessed via the three dots ("...") on the left-hand panel. From there, you can enable the filters as needed and then select them directly from the panel. While it may take an extra step now, the filtering capabilities should still allow for the same level of customization as before.

Does this produce the desired effect? If there's a particular filter setup you're trying to replicate and it’s not working as expected, could you provide more details or an example? I'd be happy to take a closer look and support you in identifying the solution.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to share any potentially sensitive data here, you can always reach out to our dedicated support team via the SAP for Me Portal.

Thank you again for your engagement with the community, and I truly appreciate your continued input here.

Hi @neal_richards,

Thank you for reaching out to the community and for bringing up this great question!

If I’m understanding correctly, you’re referring to the missing "+" symbol in the filter selection, which previously allowed you to add multiple filters per KPI. Is that right?

In the updated workflow, you can now create additional filters directly from the filter section on the left-hand side.

Once you've set up the filter, the advanced filtering option becomes available for further customization.

If you have a specific example of how you were leveraging this feature in your legacy KPIs, it would help a lot to gain more context on your requirements and if the new workflow is able to support this.

Thanks again for engaging with the community, and I hope you're having a fantastic start to your week!

Under the previous configuration, now only available with the above blue warning/suggestion to recreated and “Edit KPI,” I see a + symbol:

Under the newly configured New KPI screens, the + symbol is not present.

Perhaps this is user error. Without the + symbol, I can’t replicate previously made filters.

Thank you. "Manage Filters” under the … is what I needed. I prefer the +, but that works as well.
