Is LeanIX down again?

I’m unable to access our environment since about 10am EDT. Our sandbox environment appears to be working, but not production. It would be useful if there was some way of identifying when LeanIX is having issues.

Graham, thank you for reaching out and flagging this.

I just verified our production environment and everything is working as expected — authentication and navigation are functioning normally. I also checked our internal monitoring and no other customers have reported any disruption today.

Since you already have a support ticket open, our team will be able to dig into your specific environment and access logs directly to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, it may be worth checking a few things on your end:

  • Clear browser cache/cookies or try an incognito window
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Check if a VPN or firewall on your network could be blocking post-authentication traffic
  • Confirm with your IT team whether any network changes occurred around 10am EDT

Regarding status page transparency — that's valid feedback and we appreciate you raising it. We'll make sure it's addressed as part of your ticket.

Hi there,
I might be on the wrong continent, but it works without any issues here. 🙂

There is a page on me.sap.com to check system availability. I would expect customer-specific downtimes to be listed there, although I’m not entirely sure:

Unfortunately I can’t trust the status page, it failed to indicate the previous outage I reported on March 11th, despite that finally being admitted a few hours later. The same is true for the Sap for Me page also shows 100% for March despite a known outage 

I currently can’t access our production environment, although I did access it 2 hours ago. I can access OData connections and a colleague on another continent can access it. It’s annoying!
