I’m unable to access our environment since about 10am EDT. Our sandbox environment appears to be working, but not production. It would be useful if there was some way of identifying when LeanIX is having issues.

I just verified our production environment and everything is working as expected — authentication and navigation are functioning normally. I also checked our internal monitoring and no other customers have reported any disruption today.
Since you already have a support ticket open, our team will be able to dig into your specific environment and access logs directly to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, it may be worth checking a few things on your end:
- Clear browser cache/cookies or try an incognito window
- Try a different browser or device
- Check if a VPN or firewall on your network could be blocking post-authentication traffic
- Confirm with your IT team whether any network changes occurred around 10am EDT
