The behavior you’re encountering is expected, as Academy credentials are tied to the associated workspace. Credentials can be managed exclusively from within the workspace itself.
Please also kindly note the SAP LeanIX Academy Migration that will take place in October.
Since you mentioned that you can access the tool and enter the Academy from there, am I correct in assuming the issue lies with resetting your workspace password? Please let me know if I misunderstood.
In the meantime, could you try the following steps?
- Check your spam folder for a confirmation email.
- Temporarily disable any ad-blocker and use an Incognito window during the password reset process.
- Verify if the issue could be caused by organizational email restrictions or policies.
