Hi,For some time now, I have been looking for a way to display my subscribers in my diagram.Example:I have the application Confluence, and with a show dependency, I would like to display my manager/responsible linked to the information sheets.Is it possible to do this, or is it under development?Thank you :)

Hello,Just wondering if anyone tried mastering Application Interfaces in ServiceNow CMDB and export them to LeanIX Interface factsheets?We are planning to track out Application integrations in CMDB which would get this information from Middleware applications.Then, using cmdb_rel_ci table relationship is created between App A to App B (App1 → App2), using provided_by, used_by, depends_on, etc relationships. CMDB is used more for operational purposes - impact analysis, change/incident management, service mapping. While LeanIX should have “business view” of integration without technical details.We want to push this data to LeanIX, by creating one Interface factsheet per integration.Has anyone had this use case of getting integrations data from CMDB to LeanIX ? Thanks,Mantautas Daunys.

All other cost types are expected to be recorded as yearly values.This creates a challenge: Most of the costs that are aggregated (including via custom code) are annual costs, which makes them useful for identifying potential savings when rationalizing applications. I'm looking to automate the management of applications nearing their End of Life (EOL) in LeanIX. I need to set up an automation that notifies the EA team, exports all data for these applications, and then effectively "archives" them within LeanIX. Any advice on the best approach, including webhook implementation for data export and suitable storage solutions?

Is there a known outage? As of about 35 minutes ago, just after 10am EDT, I am unable to open any fact sheet page. Dashboards, Inventory, Reports all appear but as soon as I try to open a Fact Sheet I just get a continuously refreshing progress bar at the top of the page.

Hi there,has anyone of you got Interface Discovery - a new capability of the SAP Discovery integration - up and running? If so, does it disccover interfaces properly?  We haven`t got it running yet. Tickets (SAP for Me) were already opened, but we seem running in circles.All configurations on the CALM & LeanIX side were made, but interfaces won`t be discovered, but should…Anyone else out there who`s using that feature? Hi,Thanks for your interest in advance. I’ve got a bit of a ghost problem.I have created a new subscription Responsible, ‘First Point of Contact’ which gives me an easy way to delegate within my organisation.To date I have been using the ‘lead architect’ role to do this but it has not been right hence I’m trying to change it.I’m trying to use export/import to copy the current lead architect names into the new ‘First Point of Contact’  subscription. I’ve  enabled multiple subscriptions for the environment.I’ve uploaded the updated spreadsheets and it said it worked.howeverI can’t see any responsible ‘first point of contact’ in the interface or when I export the data into a spreadsheet.However (again)When I try to redo the upload, it errors to say they already exist…..but I can’t see them. Can anybody bust my ghost please? Thanks Paul

Hi,I have a question regarding the ServiceNow–LeanIX integration. I’m trying to understand how to synchronize specific fields from ServiceNow into LeanIX.Our current source of truth is LeanIX, and the out-of-the-box integration performs a one-way synchronization from LeanIX to ServiceNow. However, we have a use case where the Accountable Manager is updated in ServiceNow and needs to be reflected back in LeanIX.Do you have any advice or recommendations on how to implement this? Also, do you know whether the out-of-the-box integration supports bi-directional synchronization for the same field?Regards,

Users who were previously assigned to specific access entities in LeanIX had these entities removed from their accounts. As a result, their access to the corresponding factsheets was revoked.

We have set up the Business Owner subscription to be required when creating a new application fact sheet but I want it to be optional and no longer required. Only the Application Owner should be required. When I go to change this, the "Mandatory" check box is greyed out and it says "This can only be changed in self-configuration". How do I change this so it's no longer required when creating a new fact sheet?  

I'm confused about the relationship between Application Lifecycle and Business Capability dates in LeanIX.When I fill out an Application fact sheet, I can already specify the Lifecycle status (Plan, Phase In, Active, Phase Out, End of Life). However, when I map that same application to a Business Capability, the system asks me to enter 'Active From' and 'Active Until' dates again.For example, if a customer uses SAP and has already filled in the Application Lifecycle, why do I need to specify these dates again at the Business Capability level? What's the purpose of having both, and what's the difference between them? The distinction isn't clear to me 

How on earth do you get the interfaces map to work?It is frustrating me to high heavens, and I am ready to cal it quits with the entire LeanIX MESS. I have active interfaces. I have Active provider applications. I have Active Consume Interfaces.Why on earth is there still a message about missing data?What is this Circle Map report looking at in order for it to include “inventory”.Whilst on the topic, shouldn’t it give a more descriptive set of data, or a “true” create from scratch reporting tool to get at least operational data out of the application? Help, please. 

How to model Power Apps applications in LeanIX as they are huge in number and might consume license numbers but these applications are used locally which supports single capabilities?

Hi, we would like to set some automation to inform users about a Fact sheet is long time in broken seal status. How to get this information? Is this possible at all, maybe with graphql query?In addition would be nice to have a dashboard to make this information visible (which factsheet is since when in QS broken for example)thx for all the advice!

Hello,I have noticed that quite often in some domains a unique person can be the technical/it owner of multiple applications.This leads to that person not being able to properly update information in LeanIX or answer Surveys.Has anyone ever tried to handle this type of situations?Is there any framework or best practice that suggests a governing model for this?Because sometimes this could mean that there are actions that should be taken to avoid single points of failure.Thanks.

I have an application (App1) that is used in multiple regions. The application is linked to two business capabilities (BC1 and BC2). In LeanIX, the Functional Fit is defined on the Application ↔ Business Capability relation.My challenge is: The deployment is the same application instance across all regions. But Functional Fit is different per region (due to local laws/compliance differences). LeanIX allows me to assign the same capability only once to the application. Because “Region” on the relation is a multi-select, I cannot create a second entry of the same capability with a different Functional Fit.
