Multiple servicenow integration configuration sync error

Hi everyone,After configuring 4 integrations to 4 different servicenow instances, I am seeing that only one of them is run daily by the Full_sync_job and the other 3 are skipped. Can this be resolved so that all of the 4 integration sync run everyday. Moreover, if that is possible then is it possible to choose the  order of running the sync by which I mean that I can choose which sync should run first and then which one should run and so on so that all of them follow an order of running.

IT Component Costs and currencies

Hi everyone, This is a feature request.  When adding costs to an IT component linked to an application, it is listed in the local currency which is set in the general settings.  At the moment, I’m performing a point-in-time conversion for contracts in USD, GPB etc to my local currency which over time will become inaccurate.  If possible I’d like to enter the cost of the IT component in the currency the contract is paid in.  LeanIX knows about different currencies from the general settings, so if I can enter that value, that would be superb.  In the costings reports, they would convert those costings to the local currency so I know what each provider is costing me, in my local currency.What does everyone else think? Would this be a useful feature?

Democratization of LeanIX

Hi Everyone!Happy Monday, and hope everyone is doing well.I know there are many segments within LeanIX that have layers of functionality and value utilization, which are dependent on use cases and stakeholders that are leveraging the platform.I would love to know if you have a favorite or a set of favorite functionality that you find extremely helpful within the platform and how it has contributed to your success within LeanIX.Are diagrams being leveraged and if so, which part of your technology infrastructure is being mapped out by visuals?  Are there selective fact sheet types (standard or custom) that have been of focus for capturing data elements this year? Which type of automations have you implemented that has delivered greater efficiency (could be APIs or out of the box automations within the admin function)? Are their certain types of reports (i.e., landscape, matrix, portfolio and roadmap reports) that have signified importance in resonating the needed information to make effe

Multiple sync job error

Hi all, I have 4 integration configurations made for 4 different Servicenow instances. I want all of them to run when the FULL_SYNC_JOB runs every day but I'm seeing that Sync for only one of them runs and others are skipped with the message as "Synchronisation job skipped. A full sync is already running or queued." How to resolve this ?

Updating Business Application data from ServiceNow

Hi all, I have a requirement to update fact sheet type- Application data in LeanIX through Servicenow. I have already integrated with ServiceNow through the O-O-B integration available but that is for creating Application records in Servicenow from LeanIX. And since, we can't make another fact sheet mapping to do the opposite too, I was thinking of how to do that in LeanIX. Please let me know how to do it. Also, can Integration API do this ? (Just to remind again, I want to update BA records in LeanIX from Servicenow). Thanks for your help in advance.

Validating fact sheet data entry for email and name using Active Directory

Hello Community 😀Does anyone know how I could possible create a field for a fact sheet that will only allow a validated Active Directory email address and add the name as it appears in Active Directory? Or more specifically  Azure Active Directory?Thank you!

Revamped Community Categories - What do you think?

Hello everyone,It's been 7 months since we launched our LeanIX Digital Community! We now have more than 1,000 community members and we're still growing! We thought it's time to take a closer look at all the categories and incorporate the feedback you've already provided. We have moved away from use case centric categories to better relate your questions and the knowledge you share to the LeanIX product areas. As a result, we are introducing two new top-level categories, EAM Best Practices and EA Leadership. While the former is focused on the aforementioned product areas, the latter is all about successfully establishing an EA discipline.We're in the process of curating all the posts, questions, and answers and moving them into the categories where they best fit. Community and Support?

HiWill you close the old community/forum and include the support forms into the new community? The ticketing system in the old forum makes this new community somewhat redundant for me. Previously, if I encountered an issue and couldn't find a solution in the forum, I would open a ticket. Now, I have to search in two places: the community and the forum.It's possible that I may not fully understand the concept behind this ... RegardsHendrik

What do you think of the federated search capability?

Hi all,we integrated different sources into the central search capability of the Community. The idea is that you don’t have to search for answers and content on different places, but get answers directly on a single go-to platform.The search lists results from the following sources:The Community itself LeanIX Documentation, clustered by product (SMP, EAM, VSM, and Shared Services) LeanIX Academy     What is your feedback, does that capability help you to find answers faster? What are you usually searching for that you do not discuss with your LeanIX contacts (Customer Success Manager, Support, ...)?
